The Validex suite of drug tests and our post-hire workers’ compensation history helps employers sustain a safe workplace:

Validex provides a single-source solution for all your drug-testing needs while also coordinating the tests with other screening services. We provide convenient access to state workers’ compensation reports nationwide.

Validex complies with three fundamental requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act as follows:

  • Strict Procedures. Our lab partners all have chain of custody (COC) procedures that are in strict compliance with regulations of both the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). The proprietary Validex workflow technology automatically tracks every COC number once the collection occurs so our service staff is always aware of each test’s status. We also enforce strict procedures for accessing and reporting workers’ compensation data according to each state’s regulations.
  • Maximum Possible Accuracy (MPA). We only use drug-testing labs that are certified by the SAMHSA and the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA). The SAMHSA certification includes accreditation for performing specific drug tests.

For Workers’ Compensation Histories, we only report records from the state’s repository.

  • Best Possible Source. We have strategic partnerships with Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp, the two leaders in the field.

We also have a Third Party Administrator that brings more than 15 years of expertise to delivering drug test solutions including random on-site drug tests. Our testing labs all have proven track records for accuracy.

Our workers’ compensation reports come solely from the state’s repository.
