Our Pre-Adverse Action and Adverse
Action letters are designed to alleviate the demands of your hiring
departments. After performing a background check and finding adverse
items, VALIDEX will notify your company's designated representative
and mail a Pre-Adverse Action letter to the applicant. With the
Pre-Adverse Action letter, the applicant receives a copy of the
report, a summary of rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act,
and a dispute form (if the applicant disputes any findings). If
a re-investigation is requested and the finding is accurate, the
Adverse Action letter is sent notifying the applicant that an
employment offer cannot be given.
