Exit interviewing is a rapidly
expanding process that corporations are utilizing to improve employee
retention. Employees leaving the work team will often give candid
feedback. When analyzed in a neutral environment, such feedback
can provide a foundation for significantly improving the organization
and its retention of personnel.
Exit interviewing is typically client-led. We can conduct the
exit interview process as you design it, or we can recommend a
process designed by our experts. Often, but with many variations,
clients utilize exit interviews to assess supervisory skills,
internal corporate services and communications, environmental
issues of team-building and empowerment, compensation programs,
etc. Although the interviewees recognize that the information
provided about these subjects will be submitted confidentially
to the client, some actually feel more comfortable talking with
Validex representatives because of the independence.
The data will have to be analyzed; here again, Validex can help.
We can either assist in the analysis or submit the data as it
was collected for your internal review.
